We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above the value of £30.00. For all orders below £30.00, we will apply a charge of £2.95 per order for postage & packaging. Please allow up to 14 days for the order to be delivered.

We do not accept returns after 30 days of your receipt, please send returns using a method that gives you a tracking number. Any refunds will be processed within 7 working days and will be less shipping fees.

In addition to your legal rights (outlined below) we offer a 14 day returns guarantee - if you are not happy with your product within 14 days you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us with the details (email: sales@lickstyle.com) before you return the goods. Where the underwear protective packaging has been opened we will not resell the goods, so if you do change your mind after ordering you can help us by not opening the products.

We will refund your payment within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
